Join renowned Cuban dancer, choreographer and educator Damarys Farres for her signature Ladies Styling Autumn Course in London. This empowering progressive course is designed for women who want to develop confidence, technique, musicality and authentic feminine expression through Cuban dance. Drawing from Salsa Casino, Timba, Son, Rumba and Afro-Cuban traditions, each session combines technical training with creative exploration in a supportive and inspiring environment. The course is progressive, allowing participants to build skills week by week. However, each class introduces a new theme and fresh material, making it possible to attend individual sessions and still enjoy a complete learning experience. To support continuity and progression, spaces are limited and priority will be given to dancers booking the 4-week or 6-week course packages. Single-session bookings are subject to availability and will be released after course bookings have been processed. Schedule 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM Break 13th October Hour 1: Technique & Movement * Body movement and Cuban motion * Posture and alignment * Arm and hand styling * Isolations and coordination * Presence, confidence and feminine expression Hour 2: Creative Application * Footwork and styling combinations * Musicality and interpretation * Routine building and choreography * Performance skills and self-expression *9:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Optional Social)* Stay after class for food, drinks and connection in the restaurant. A relaxed opportunity to build friendships, share experiences and enjoy a little Cuban-inspired sisterhood after dancing. Widely respected for her work promoting Cuban culture in the UK and internationally, her teaching combines technical excellence, cultural knowledge and joyful self-expression.
