• These progressive workshops are designed to develop your technique, confidence, and personal style as a female dancer. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced mover, you’ll benefit from Damarys’ deep knowledge of Cuban dance, musicality, and expression.

• Styling & Technique: Add flair to your dancing with refined body movements, elegant arm styling, and precise footwork.

• Each 2-hour-session includes: Hour 1: Technique — body movement, posture, arm & hand styling, isolation, coordination, and sass

• Hour 2: Creative application — footwork, styling, routine building, choreo practice Salsa Casino , Timba , Afro-Cuban , Son & Rumba influences
