110% MUJER is not simply a dance course. It is a unique 9-week journey designed for women who want to reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, deepen their dance skills, and experience the power of movement, culture and community.

Created and led by internationally recognised Cuban dance artist Damarys Farres, this immersive summer programme combines authentic Cuban and Afro-Cuban dance training with personal development, artistic expression and performance experience.

Whether you already dance regularly or are looking to reconnect with yourself through movement, this programme offers a safe, supportive and inspiring environment where women can grow together.

Over 8 weeks of training, followed by a professional video experience, you will develop technique, musicality, confidence and stage presence while building meaningful connections with a community of like-minded women.

The 110% MUJER Journey

PHASE ONE – ROOTS

Weeks 1–3

Reconnect with your body, posture, movement quality and rhythm while developing strong dance foundations.

PHASE TWO – EXPRESSION

Weeks 4–6

Explore styling, musicality, interpretation and self-expression through Cuban and Afro-Cuban movement.

PHASE THREE – SHINE

Weeks 7–8

Develop performance confidence, choreography and stage presence while preparing for the final project.

FINAL EXPERIENCE

Professional Group Video Project

Celebrate your journey through a professionally filmed dance experience, creating memories and content you will treasure long after the programme ends.

Damarys Farres is an internationally respected Cuban dancer, teacher and cultural ambassador with over two decades of experience teaching and performing worldwide.

Known for her authentic approach to Cuban and Afro-Cuban dance, Damarys combines technical excellence with warmth, cultural depth and a passion for empowering women through movement.

Her teaching goes beyond choreography, helping students build confidence, presence and a deeper connection to themselves through dance.
